Privacy Policy

Who we are

TinyInvoice (the "App") is developed by Burak Alpugan ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the App does with information on your device. It applies to the Android app and, when released, the iOS app.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no sign-up, does not send your data to us or to any third party, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.

Information stored on your device

To create invoices, the App stores the following in its private storage on your phone:

• your business details: name, address, contact details, tax ID and the bank details you choose to print (such as bank name, account number, SWIFT code and IBAN);
• your invoices, including client names and addresses, line items, amounts and statuses;
• a list of previously used products and prices, used for suggestions;
• your signature and logo images, if you add them.

This information never leaves your device unless you share it yourself, as described below. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

Contacts

The App does not request permission to read your contacts. When you tap “From Contacts”, Android's own contact picker opens, and the App can read only the single entry you choose — its name and postal address — which is copied into that invoice on your device. The App cannot see the rest of your address book.

Photos

If you import a logo or a photographed signature, you choose the image through the system photo picker. The App copies only that image into its private storage. It has no access to your other photos.

Sharing and backups

• PDF invoices are shared only when you tap Share, and only with the app or person you choose (for example email or WhatsApp). What happens to a shared PDF is governed by the service you send it with.
• Backup files you create with “Save backup” are saved where you choose (for example Google Drive or your downloads). They contain all of your App data, including bank details, so store them somewhere private.
• Android device backup: if you have enabled backup on your phone, Android may include the App's data in your own encrypted Google account backup, so it can be restored on a new phone. This is controlled by your device settings; we have no access to it.

Purchases

TinyInvoice Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play (or, on iOS, the App Store). The store processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We receive no payment or card details; the App only asks the store whether Pro has been purchased on your account.

Security

Your data is kept in the App's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Because we never hold your data, there is nothing on our side that could be breached. Protect your phone with a screen lock, and keep backup files private.

Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can edit or delete any information in the App at any time, or remove it all by uninstalling the App.

Changes to this policy

If the App's handling of data changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect, and mention it in the App's release notes.
